Writing In The Dark Edition

1. I have a stack of books this high that need read. I have about this much time to read them right now.

2. I haven’t watched the news in over a year, but I hear it’s getting pretty bad out there.

3. It’s February and our flowers are in full bloom, the grass is green, I’m wearing shorts to work, we are running the AC while we sleep, and I haven’t worn a coat one day this month.

4. Did you know that the expiration dates on food containers really don’t mean much? Look it up.

5. Michelle and I had pork chops for supper last night. When I was taking my plate to the kitchen I thought, “Big White will be happy to get these bones.“ Then it hit me that he has been gone a year now. I miss him.

6. I‘m 57 years old and finally understand how to use a semi colon. Thanks Josh Langston!

7. You don’t realize it yet, but you‘re going to read “The Streets of Greenfield” this summer and say “Wow!”

8. I’m aware that there are people out there that don’t drink coffee, and I have a hard time wrapping my head around that.

9. There must be a dozen squirrels and twenty cardinals living in the trees in my back yard. I love watching them.

10. The older I get, the more I like to mind my own business.

11. If you haven’t watched “Call The Midwife” yet, you are missing out. Why do the British make such good television series?

12. I love thin crust pizza with pepperoni. That’s it.

13. Anyone have any good stock tips?
